      Description

      Heavy Duty Steering Upgrade. The Synergy Manufacturing Heavy Duty Steering Kit with FOX IFP Stabilizer dramatically enhances steering strength and stability for the 1999-2004 Ford Super Duty F-250 / F-350. Designed to handle oversized tires and challenging terrain, it provides improved control and durability under heavy loads and off-road conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. This steering kit features a heat-treated 1.5" chromoly tie rod and a 1.5" USA-made DOM steel drag link, precision bent for optimal clearance and strength. It includes a two-stage abrasion-resistant powder coat finish for corrosion resistance and durability. Metal-on-metal tie rod ends utilize 4140 steel shanks with heavy-duty nitrile rubber boots, grease fittings, and retaining rings for long-lasting performance.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward with 100% bolt-on components requiring only basic hand tools. No drilling or modifications are necessary, making this upgrade accessible for most experienced enthusiasts and professionals.

      Application. Specifically engineered to fit the 99-04 4WD F-250 Super Duty without modification, supporting vehicles with stock up to 4" lifts while using the stock pitman arm and track bar bracket.
