      Description

The Synergy Manufacturing Heavy Duty Steering Kit with Dual Tie Rod Mount FOX IFP Stabilizers is built to significantly strengthen and improve the steering performance of your F-250. With a precision-bent drag link, heat-treated tie rod, and heavy-duty tie rod ends, this system provides maximum durability, articulation, and clearance. Its advanced design eliminates steering dead spots while supporting single or dual stabilizers for total control in demanding conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed from 1.5" x .250 wall 1026 DOM drag link and 1.75" x .188 wall heat-treated 4130 chromoly tie rod, this kit is up to 40% stronger than OEM components. Fully greaseable, metal-on-metal tie rod ends with 4140 steel shanks and 1018 steel bearing housings ensure extreme strength and longevity. A two-stage abrasion-resistant powder-coat finish provides protection against corrosion, while forged pinch bolt housings deliver secure, sealed durability.

      Installation. Installation is hard but 100% bolt-on with basic hand tools. While advanced knowledge of steering geometry is recommended, no cutting or welding is required. Professional installation is suggested for best results and alignment accuracy.

      Warranty. This steering kit is backed by a limited lifetime warranty, offering confidence and lasting durability.
