Upgrade your Silverado’s stock steering system to the SuperLift Steering Stabilizer Kit for 6-inch Knuckle Style Lift Kit and enjoy smoother rides. This steering stabilizer kit helps improve control and vibration dampening of your vehicle, and increase the life of your factory steering components.
Improved Steering. Basically, a steering stabilizer is a shock absorber for your steering system. It allows for unrestricted gradual movement, but prevents sudden shock. It also helps in dealing with tire shimmy on larger or heavier tires and wheels, as well as slack in your suspension and steering systems that result from normal wear.
Superide Cylinder. The SuperLift Steering Stabilizer Kit uses the Superide cylinder which comes in a painted white finish. It features an increased oil capacity for cooler operating temperatures and less fade, and is valving-tailored to meet the demands of heavier tires or wheels and rugged terrain.
Easy Bolt-On Installation. Install your SuperLift steering stabilizer with ease, as it is made for a simple bolt-on installation. The whole process can be done in about two hours. Make sure to follow the installation instructions carefully.
Limited Lifetime Warranty. SuperLift, LLC guarantees all suspension components from SuperLift, including this Steering Stabilizer Kit, a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Please visit the SuperLift website for terms and conditions.
Application. The SuperLift Steering Stabilizer Kit for 6-inch Knuckle Style Lift Kit is designed exclusively to fit 1999-2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 models.
Application Note. The cylinder boot is not included in the kit, but can be purchased separately if you want one for your vehicle. SuperLift shock boots also fit these cylinders.
