      Direct-Fit Placement. This product is engineered to match the specifications and dimensions of the stock handle for a seamless replacement. So, installing this Tailgate Handle doesn’t require drilling or modifying your truck. Still, the installation may be challenging for the average customer. The process should take about 30 minutes, most of which is spent dealing with the panel covering the handle. You’ll need basic hand tools, primarily for removing the panel to access the handle and isolating the locking mechanism from the malfunctioning handle.
