Description
Tough Flip-And-Store Gooseneck Hitch. If you have a heavy-duty trailer, you need a hitch that's tough enough to handle the weight. With a gross trailer weight of 30,000 Pounds, the Sierra 2500 Double Lock EZR Gooseneck Hitch with 2-5/16-Inch Ball does the job. The solid 2-5/16-Inch ball keeps your attached trailer secure at all times. It can also be flipped or removed, meaning you don't need to have it sticking out when it isn't in use. Clever safety chain holes allow you to achieve proper trailer alignment, with the 5/8-Inch safety chain loops ensuring stability.
Tested For Safety. This hitch is tested to meet SAE's J2638 safety guidelines, meaning you can trust it to keep your trailer safe. It's made using solid carbon steel, with both the ball and trim ring having a protective chrome plating. It also comes with a rubber hole cover, which guards against corrosion in the trailer ball hole. An A-Coating guards the entire hitch from the effects of trail toxins and the weather.
Hardware Required For Installation. You can only install this hitch if you have under-bed gooseneck installation brackets installed. These are sold separately. Assuming you have the brackets, the hitch can be installed with no welding or removal of truck bed parts.
Multiple Warranties. The manufacturer provides 1-Year warranties for the parts and finish to supplement a limited lifetime warranty on the hitch's structure. All carry exclusions for misuse, misapplication, and accidents.
Application. The Sierra 2500 Double Lock EZR Gooseneck Hitch with 2-5/16-Inch Ball is designed for universal fit into any vehicle that has a truck bed. While its maximum gross trailer weight is 30,000 Pounds, it will be limited to whatever weight your vehicle is rated to tow.
