This headache rack’s heavy-duty extruded frame and the rugged center plate are strong enough to protect the back of your cab from impact damage. This rack also features channels on its top capable of accommodating certain auxiliary lighting providing you with extra lighting for your off-road adventures. Moreover, installing this rack does not require you to remove your inside the rail-mounted tonneau covers ensuring its full functionality.
Heavy-Duty Build Quality. This headache rack utilizes an exclusive extruded frame made from 6061 T6 aluminum alloy making this unit both durable, lightweight, and corrosion-resistant. This rack is then precision-bent to your truck’s profile for an OEM look. Its center plate, on the other hand, features a wire-mesh design that’s CNC-cut and includes a cutout for your truck’s 3rd brake light. Finally, this headache rack is finished in a stylish gray powder coat finish.
No-Frills Install Procedure. This headache rack installs into your truck’s bed stakes using the included brackets. No modifications to your truck are needed apart from possibly cutting your bed liner to expose the bed stakes. Also, standard hand tools are all you need to complete the installation.
