      Description

      Premium Titanium Hardware. The SpeedFactory Racing Titanium Exhaust Manifold Stud Kit; Burnt is engineered to replace factory exhaust manifold bolts and studs on 6.0L and 6.4L diesel engines. It provides superior clamping force and eliminates common issues such as stripped or broken bolts and exhaust leaks caused by heat cycling in diesel engines. This kit ensures a reliable, leak-free seal for your exhaust manifolds.

      Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from high-strength Ti 6Al-4V titanium alloy, these studs feature a 3mm hex key tip for quick and secure installation with an Allen wrench. The nuts are 10mm 12-point titanium, paired with matching washers. The kit is available in a burnt titanium finish, offering a unique appearance along with enhanced corrosion resistance and lightweight durability.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward with no drilling required, using the provided titanium studs, nuts, and washers to replace the factory hardware. The 3mm hex key tip design simplifies the installation process.

      Application. Specifically designed for use on 03-10 6.0L/6.4L Powerstroke F-250 Super Duty trucks. Please note these studs will not fit 6.4L engines equipped with factory exhaust manifolds.
