Fun and Functionality. The Smittybilt Scout Trailer Kit is built for fun and functionality. This cutting-edge design has everything you need to set up house out on the trail. From the five separate compartments to the 70 cubic feet of storage space and 1763 lbs. load capacity, this scout trailer is built to perform. A clever generator /fridge compartment features a mesh floor. The kitchenette compartment showcases a practical locking drawer. In addition, there is extra space in the tongue box and an innovative telescopic rack system that’s easy to utilize.
Heavy-Duty Construction. This Smittybilt scout trailer is crafted from a heavy-duty, galvanized steel that’s been powder-coated. You won’t have to worry about corrosion or the elements with this protective finish. In addition, the independent suspension with dual shocks employs 3 Pro Comp AT sport tires on Pro Comp steel wheels. For safe storing during travel, there are locking T-handle latches as well as hold close latches.
Intermediate Installation. This scout trailer installation can be completed in approximately 5 hours with basic garage tools. For off-road use an articulating style coupler must be used; however, a 2 inch ball coupler is included for off-road use only.
Unmatched Design. A handy spare tire mount comes with this trailer as well as a 2 inch front receiver /hitch mount and a 2 inch rear receiver hitch for other usable accessories. In addition, removable fenders and electric brakes with an integrated break away brake system is included.
