Velocity-Sensitive Valving. The Nitro 8000 rear shock absorber comes with advanced velocity-sensitive valving. Its shock damping capability automatically adjusts according to the speed you’re driving, so that you get consistent ride comfort and quality at every speed.
Built for Long-Lasting Use. This rear shock absorber is designed for long-lasting use. It comes with a durable, nitrogen-charged twin-tube design with a 14mm piston head that provides superior shock damping. Its heavy-duty steel outer casing with rust-proof coating makes this equipment even more durable. In addition, its bushing and boot are made of premium-level polyurethane which is proven to be more durable than rubber.
Bolt-On Replacement. The Nitro 8000 Rear Shock Absorber is engineered to directly bolt to your truck’s suspension system. Installation takes about an hour. For optimum results, American Trucks highly recommends alignment by a certified shop after installation.
Covered with Lifetime Warranty. The SkyJacker Nitro 8000 Rear Shock Absorber is covered with a limited lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. Some limitations apply.
