Description
High-Performance Suspension. The TTX Front Upper Ball Joint provides a durable, reliable connection between suspension components and the steering knuckle. It allows smooth pivoting motion critical for proper steering and handling. Built to handle demanding conditions, it maintains vehicle safety and ride quality during extensive use.
Construction and Appearance. This ball joint is crafted with patented sintered metal bearing technology for strength and endurance. It features a green neoprene dust boot for protection against contaminants and pre-applied nylok thread adhesive to secure fasteners and resist vibration loosening. The thicker flange is designed to resist deformation during installation, ensuring consistent fit and performance.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with a press-in mounting type requiring no drilling. The package includes a part-specific castle nut and snap-lock cotter pin, simplifying securing the joint in place and reducing installation time.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 2014-2018 Silverado 1500 models equipped with stock stamped steel control arms, providing a precise replacement for OEM components in these vehicles.
