Its uprights are wrapped with heavy-duty 1/8-inch thick and 2-3/4-inch-wide rubber strips for increased protection against abrasions. What’s more, this grille guard is applied with a black powder coat finish to prevent corrosion.

Installation. If you’re equipped with light to moderate mechanical skills, then you can install this grille guard even on your own. Most of its components are bolt-on; however, you need to do some minor drilling to create additional mounting points.
