Mild Steel Construction. This grille guard is formed from a 3-piece 1-1/2-inch diameter 16-gauge mild steel. It’s cold-rolled, mandrel-bent, and welded for durability. It also features ¼-inch thick hot-rolled, pickled, and oiled (HRPO) vertical steel plates for extra stability and strength. Furthermore, it has an e-coat with a semi-gloss black powder-coated topcoat for unique appeal and resistance against corrosion.
Black LED Lights. Unlike other standard grille guards, this grille guard comes with (2) 7-inch round LED lights. These LED-based lights are constructed with a black die-cast aluminum housing and a clear lens, producing a combo beam pattern and a 6,000K color temperature.
No-Hassle Installation. Installing this grille guard is effortless, thanks to the included hardware and instructional manuals. The whole task may be done in 2-4 hours, depending on your level of mechanical expertise.
