Mild Steel. This grille guard is made from 3-piece 1-1/2-inch diameter 16-gauge mild steel using cold rolling, mandrel bending, and welding to ensure a robust build. It’s further reinforced by ¼-inch thick hot-rolled, pickled, and oiled (HRPO) vertical steel plates. Lastly, it’s coated with a semi-gloss black powder-coated topcoat with an e-coat for aesthetic styling and protection against corrosion.
7-Inch Black LED Lights. This grille guard includes (2) premium-grade 7-inch round LED lights. These LED lights are manufactured from a red die-cast aluminum housing and a clear lens. They emit a bright combo beam pattern with a 6,000K color temperature, ensuring safe and worthwhile off-roading.
Hassle-Free Installation. You can use your standard garage tools for a hassle-free installation of this grille guard. Depending on your expertise, the task can be completed in approximately 2-4 hours.
