There’s nothing quite like a Posi traction differential to enhance the grip of your off-roading vehicle and help make sure you get where you need to go. We offer both Posi differentials and carriers to hold them in place. If you value your gripping power and want to make sure that power can be diverted from a slipping tire to the one that has grip, you need a high quality differential to get the job done and you need a tough carrier to keep it all safe. The problem with many Posi differentials and IFS differentials sold today is that they don’t have tough cases to keep them from failing. This is a poor matchup that’s not well-suited to off-road driving. The differential is designed for low grip situations, but the case isn’t made to handle the rocks and debris that comes with that driving environment. That’s why you need a tough differential carrier to do the job. We offer carriers made from insanely hard 8620 steel. This steel will withstand most forces without issue, and can hold up to hard use capably. Slip a carrier made from 8620 heat treated steel and it’s going to hold up to rocks and debris flying at it while driving around. That’s the benefit of adding a tough carrier to an already reliable IFS or Posi differential. By making this small additional investment you’ll get the grip that you need for off-road driving and driving in snow, and you’ll get the strength to keep enjoying it though more than the first half of your off-roading trip.
