The Shocker Hitch Max Black HD 20K Air Hitch Base Frame with three D-Handle Pins for 2-Inch Receiver Hitch provides advanced air suspension technology to cushion and absorb road shocks while towing heavy loads. It improves ride quality by smoothing out bumps, jerks, and trailer sway, enhancing control and safety during towing operations. Designed to fit into a standard 2-inch receiver, it allows precise air pressure adjustments for optimal load management.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from high-grade materials with a robust matte black textured powder-coat finish, this base frame exhibits durability and corrosion resistance. The built-in air suspension system integrates under the receiver tube, complemented by dual urethane bump cushions for enhanced shock absorption. The assembly includes a 1-inch diameter 1045 carbon steel pivot bolt with grease zerk for smooth pivot motion.
Installation. Installation is straightforward, requiring no drilling as it slides into standard receiver hitches and secures via included pins. The design accommodates length adjustability with two hitch pin holes for precise fitment.
