Description
High-Capacity Upgrade. The S&B Replacement Fuel Tank; 56-Gallon is designed to nearly double the fuel capacity compared to the OEM tank. It allows drivers to travel longer distances between refueling, enhancing convenience and reducing downtime, especially for long-haul or heavy-duty applications.
Construction and Appearance. This fuel tank is built for midship installation with a functional design that fits factory mounting points.
Installation. Installation is moderately challenging and intended to replace the factory tank without drilling. It requires careful handling of fuel lines and electrical connections and aligns smoothly using the factory mounting points.
Warranty. This product includes a lifetime warranty for added peace of mind, noting that use with auxiliary fuel tanks will void the warranty.
Important Usage Note. The tank will not automatically fill with high-flow truck-stop nozzles, which may affect refueling convenience.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit the 2011-2016 Ford Powerstroke 6.7L F-250 Super Duty SuperCrew with a 6-3/4 ft. bed, not compatible with 2WD trucks or standard skid plates.
