No Tune Required. This S&B Cold Air Intake is engineered to work with the Silverado’s factory calibration. And while a computer retune is not required, it’s still recommended to ensure the best possible performance.
Oiled Cleanable Cotton Filter. The high-efficiency rating of the S&B Cold Air Intake is also due to the Oiled Cleanable Cotton Filter. This large filter is features 8 layers of oiled cotton media for effective air filtration without hindering airflow.
High-Quality Construction. The S&B Cold Air Intake is made from high-quality materials to ensure reliable and long-lasting service. It also comes with premium-quality silicone seals that are extremely tough and durable and can resist temperatures as high as 400F.
Direct-Fit Replacement Upgrade. Installing the S&B Cold Air Intake is quite straightforward and can be completed with common garage tools. Once the stock air intake has been removed, the S&B Cold Air Intake bolts-onto place.
