Description
Maximum Performance. The S&B Hot Side Intercooler Pipe replaces the OEM intercooler pipe that commonly fails and leaks, delivering a dependable upgrade. It improves airflow to the turbocharger by reducing airflow restrictions associated with stock components, which enhances engine performance.
Construction and Appearance. Made from polished aluminum, it features a larger 3.0” diameter core CAC pipe and a 4-ply aramid-reinforced, FKM lined silicone hose for superior strength and durability. Heavy-duty, spring-loaded T-bolt clamps with stainless steel bands ensure a secure fit and long-lasting finish.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling, designed to fit factory mounting points for an easy upgrade process.
Application. Specifically designed for 2016-2026 Ford F-250 Super Duty trucks with the 6.7L Powerstroke diesel engine without the high output designation. This product is not compatible with 2023 and newer high output models.
