      Description

      ENHANCED INTERCOOLER PERFORMANCE. The S&B Cold Side Intercooler Pipe improves airflow by replacing the failure-prone OEM intercooler pipe that often bursts and causes vehicle downtime. It is designed to reduce airflow restriction for better overall performance of the diesel engine.

      CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Crafted from polished aluminum with a larger 3.50” diameter pipe, this pipe ensures minimal airflow restriction. The hose is constructed from durable 5-Ply Aramid reinforced silicone, featuring heavy-duty spring-loaded T-bolt clamps with stainless steel bands for long-lasting reliability and a professional finish.

      INSTALLATION. The two-piece design enables straightforward installation. Installation may require some force to seat the pipe but remains manageable for experienced installers.

      APPLICATION. This intercooler pipe fits 2011–2016 Ford Super Duty F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 models equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke diesel engine. Note that it is not CARB approved for the F-550.
