Roush Cold Air Intake (15-17 5.0L F-150)

Cutting induction restriction by 31%, this powerful component puts +13.9 horsepower and +19.7 ft-lbs of torque at your command. It’s also made to look good in your F-150’s engine compartment and to give your truck an adrenaline-charged performance sound.

No Tune Required. Unlike other Cold Air Intakes on the market for the Coyote powered F-150s, this Roush CAI does not require a computer re-tune. The engineers at Roush Performance really did their homework to improve your truck's power using the factory tune. However, AmericanTrucks recommends the use of a Handheld Tuner to see even larger power gains.

Rugged Reusable Air Filter Element. The air filter found in the Roush Cold Air Intake doesn’t need to be washed for 100,000 miles except in very dirty conditions, though it can be washed once it gets clogged up and reused. The dry filter design means it does not need to be oiled after cleansing. Two layers of wire mesh inside the synthetic fabric help retain the shape of the filter element and extend its useful lifespan.

Plastic Design with Stainless Steel Fastenings. Roush builds the Cold Air Intake out of polyethylene plastic for the most part, with stainless steel clamps and a synthetic fabric filter element. The full air box and heat shield is injection-molded plastic, while roto-molding is used to fashion the intake tube itself. The surface of these black polyethylene parts is textured for added visual interest. The filter element is red for contrast, making the part an aesthetic upgrade to the engine compartment as well as a practical boost.

Handy, Direct Install. The Roush Cold Air Intake is manufactured with an easy installation in mind, bolting on as a direct-fit replacement for the factory intake and air box. No cutting is needed to install this component and new attachment points don’t need to be drilled. All necessary hardware is included with the intake.

Warranted for 90 Days. A 90-day limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials applies to the Roush Cold Air Intake.

Driveable Anywhere in the USA (CARB Compliant). The Roush Cold Air Intake is designed for 50-state legality, meeting all the standards laid down in California’s CARB regulations. This intake can be used for on-road driving in the Golden State and all other states of the USA. A CARB compliance sticker is included with the part. In order to be street-legal in CARB locales, the sticker needs to be displayed on the CAI itself or on the nearest flat surface. The Roush Cold Air Intake carries CARB EO Number #D-418-30.
