Iconic Exhaust Sound. The Roush Single Exhaust System with Polished Y-Pipe Tip; Side Exit delivers the unmistakable Roush exhaust tone while maintaining a nearly OEM appearance. This system improves sound quality and vehicle performance by optimizing exhaust flow and replacing restrictive stock components.
Construction and Appearance. Featuring 409 stainless steel for the muffler, inlet, outlet, and y-pipes, the system offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability. The exhaust tips are crafted from high-quality 304 stainless steel, polished for a sleek finish, and display the Roush logo while exiting from the vehicle’s side.
Installation. Installation is rated intermediate difficulty and typically takes about one hour with common garage tools. No drilling is required, though minor adjustments to the factory exhaust flange may be necessary for some 6.2L Platinum and Harley Davidson editions.
Application. This exhaust system is specifically engineered to fit the 2010-2014 6.2L F-150 Raptor and is compatible with all cab and bed configurations for that model.
