The Rough Country Suspension 4-Inch Suspension Lift Kit with Rear Lift Blocks and Premium N3 Shocks increases your vehicle’s ground clearance and off-road performance while maintaining a smooth and comfortable ride. Designed for early 1999 4WD 6.8L and 7.3L Powerstroke F-250 and F-350 Super Duty models, this kit improves both the stance and handling of your truck, making it ready to tackle challenging terrain with confidence.

Construction and Appearance. This lift kit features rugged lifted leaf springs and heavy-duty components built for durability and longevity. The included Premium N3 series shocks utilize 35mm pistons and chromed hardened rods with a metallic silver finish, enhancing performance and providing corrosion resistance.

Installation. The kit is engineered for a simple bolt-on installation with no drilling required, allowing the upgrade to be completed in approximately 6 to 8 hours. It includes all necessary hardware and brackets to ensure proper fit and factory-like ride characteristics after lift.

Warranty. This lift kit is backed by a limited lifetime replacement warranty, covering structural and workmanship defects from the date of purchase.

Application. Specifically designed to fit early 1999 4WD 6.8L and 7.3L Powerstroke F-250 Super Duty trucks. Not compatible with V-8 gas engines, dually models, or units produced on or after March 1, 1999. A carrier bearing drop bracket is required for trucks with a 2-piece rear driveshaft.
