Description
Adjustable Side Steps. The Rough Country SRX2 Adjustable Aluminum Side Step Bars in textured black provide a functional and customizable solution for accessing lifted trucks. These side steps feature an innovative slotted aluminum rail system that allows the footpads to slide and adjust for perfect positioning, improving ease of entry and exit. They enhance both the utility and appearance of the vehicle while covering unsightly areas along the rocker panel.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from durable powder-coated aluminum, these side steps resist corrosion and are built to withstand harsh environmental conditions. The mounting brackets are made from fabricated, powder-coated steel for added strength, complemented by black stainless steel zinc-plated hardware for rust resistance and a refined look. Molded end caps seal the rails to keep out dirt and debris, maintaining a clean profile and lasting performance.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with an estimated time of 1 to 2 hours. The side steps bolt on using factory mounting points, with no drilling required. The adjustable steps can be easily positioned along the rails to meet specific user preferences.
