It is designed to maintain driveline geometry, specifically for vehicles equipped with a two-piece drive shaft.
Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from OEM-style cast iron, these rear blocks feature a robust and heavy-duty design. The accompanying U-bolts are e-coated to resist corrosion, and the blocks include integrated OEM-style bump stops to protect suspension components, delivering both function and longevity.
Installation. Installation is moderately challenging and recommended to be performed by an experienced professional. No drilling is required, and the process typically takes approximately 1.8 hours, excluding alignment and wheel/tire assembly requirements. Post-installation, vehicle alignment, headlamp aim adjustment, and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems recalibration (if equipped) are advised to ensure proper operation and safety.
Application. This rear block kit is engineered specifically for use on 2011 to 2016 4WD Ford F-250 Super Duty trucks equipped with a two-piece drive shaft. It is not intended for models with single-piece drive shafts or outside this model year range.
