Performance Tuned Shock. The ReadyLIFT SST3000 Front Shock for 3 to 4-inch front lift improves ride comfort and vehicle control for GM 2500HD and 3500HD trucks with mild to moderate front lifts. It is engineered to handle the increased loads from larger wheels and tires, delivering enhanced damping performance both on and off road. This shock absorber is essential for enthusiasts seeking to maintain driving stability and reduce cavitation effects in lifted trucks.
Construction and Appearance. Featuring a 5/8" hard chrome plated shaft and a 1-3/8" diameter performance piston, this twin-tube shock includes expanded fluid capacity to reduce internal temperatures. The body incorporates a nitrogen-charged internal chamber and a two-stage sealing system designed to keep dirt out while retaining oil. Finished in a durable black coating, the shock is built for longevity and rugged use.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical knowledge and typically takes around 1.5 hours, excluding alignment and wheel assembly. It is a direct replacement for factory shocks with no drilling necessary.
Application. Designed specifically to fit 2011 through 2019 GM 2500HD and 3500HD trucks, including the Sierra 2500 HD series. Suitable for vehicles with leveled or mild lifted suspension setups featuring 3 to 4 inches of front lift.
