Description
Adjustable Shock Absorber. The Rancho RS9000XL Front Shock for 2.50-Inch Lift delivers premium ride control with nine manually adjustable damping positions. It enhances vehicle handling and comfort for trucks with lifted suspension, offering superior on- and off-road performance.
Construction and Appearance. Built with an 18mm nitro-carbide piston rod for durability against corrosion and wear, this shock features double-welded loops in high-stress areas and a 1.25-inch sintered iron piston for enhanced strength. The 2.75-inch tri-tube body is filled with all-weather fluid, finishes with a premium liquid metallic coating, and includes a protective polyvinyl boot.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and generally does not require drilling, suitable for experienced DIYers or professional mechanics.
Warranty. This shock absorber comes with a limited lifetime warranty, ensuring long-lasting performance and support.
Application. Designed to fit 1999 through 2004 4WD Ford F-250 Super Duty trucks with front lifts ranging from 2.5 to 4 inches. For continued use beyond depletion, transitioning to part number RS994264 is recommended.
