How to Install Putco Chrome Upper Mirror Cover - Replacement on your Silverado

  • Flat Head Screw Driver
  • Masking Tape

Please read all instructions before installation and to check to see that all parts are included.


Upper Mirror Cover Installation

1. Remove part from packaging. Check to see if all parts from above table of kit contents are included.

2. Place masking tape along bottom edge of the factory mirror cover. (Driver side is pictured)


3. Use flat head screw driver to pry on the lower portion of the factory mirror cover until the clips release


4. Pull up and out on loose mirror cover until cover is removed


5. Remove masking tape, place Putco mirror cover in factory location and press firmly until all snaps are fully engaged. Repeat steps 2- 5 on Passenger side
