      Construction and Appearance. This flexplate is made from cold-rolled chromoly steel, increased by 0.035 inches in thickness over stock models for enhanced strength. It includes forged one-piece steel ring gears that are robotically and cold-welded to meet SFI 29.1 certification standards. The gold irradiate finish offers superior rust and corrosion resistance, and the double welded ring gears contribute to long-lasting durability.
