      Description

      Maximum Transmission Cooling. The PPE Heavy-Duty Cast Aluminum Transmission Pan is built to boost performance and cooling capacity for 2020 to 2026 Ford F-250 Super Duty trucks with 6.2L or 7.3L engines and the 10R140 transmission. By increasing fluid capacity by 5 quarts and improving heat dissipation, this pan helps maintain stable transmission temperatures under heavy towing or off-road use—protecting vital components and extending service life.

      Construction and Appearance. Made from rugged A356.0-T6 cast aluminum and precision-cast using permanent steel molds, this transmission pan features external cooling fins and internal baffles that work together to regulate fluid temperature and reduce sloshing. A 304 stainless steel drain plug with a neodymium magnet and Viton O-ring ensures clean fluid changes. It also includes a built-in fluid level check standpipe and comes in a raw aluminum finish for a purposeful, industrial look. The pan is compatible with the OEM gasket and filter for added convenience.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward with no modifications required. The pan bolts directly to factory mounting points using standard tools and includes all necessary components for a clean install.

      Warranty. This product includes a one-year limited warranty.
