      Description

      Maximum Cooling and Capacity. The PPE Heavy-Duty Cast Aluminum Transmission Pan is a performance-focused upgrade that adds 3.3 quarts of additional fluid capacity to your F-250 Super Duty's 6R100 transmission. By increasing fluid volume and incorporating advanced cooling features, this pan reduces transmission operating temperatures, minimizes wear, and improves reliability under heavy towing, hauling, or off-road conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed from high-strength A356.0-T6 cast aluminum alloy, this pan is precision-cast using permanent steel molds for exceptional durability and fitment. The raw finish highlights its rugged build, while external cooling fins maximize heat dissipation. Internal baffles reduce fluid sloshing and further improve cooling efficiency. A 304 stainless steel drain plug with neodymium magnet and Viton O-ring is included, along with a 1/8-inch NPT port for adding an optional temperature sensor. Designed to work with OEM gaskets and filters, it ensures compatibility with factory components.

      Installation. Installation is moderately difficult and requires access to the underside of the vehicle. Basic mechanical knowledge is recommended, but the pan installs directly in place of the factory unit with no special modifications required.

      Warranty. This product includes a limited lifetime warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
