      Description

      Heavy-Duty Transmission Cooling Upgrade. The PPE Heavy-Duty Cast Aluminum Deep Transmission Pan is engineered to enhance thermal performance, fluid stability, and strength for your 10R80-equipped F-250 Super Duty. With increased fluid capacity and improved cooling through precision-cast external fins, this pan helps reduce transmission temps under towing and high-load conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. Made from A356.0-T6 heat-treated cast aluminum, the pan is precision-cast using permanent steel molds for dimensional accuracy and superior strength. It features 3/4-inch thick external fins for cooling and impact resistance, 3/4-inch internal baffles to minimize fluid slosh, and cast-in gussets for added flange support. The included 304 stainless steel magnetic drain plug uses a high-temp neodymium magnet and Viton O-ring, while the integrated 1/8-inch NPT port is ready for a temperature sensor.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward with compatibility for the OEM gasket and filter. No modifications are required, and all necessary ports and hardware are integrated or included.

      Application. This PPE Heavy-Duty Cast Aluminum Deep Transmission Pan fits 2023 to 2026 Ford F-250 Super Duty models equipped with the 10R80 transmission.
