This kit combines PowerStop’s Evolution series cross-drilled rotors and Z23 brake pads for a powerful braking action that retains smoothness and comfort. No matter your driving style, this brake kit is sure to deliver the best performance.
Premium G3000 Metallurgy. The rotors that come with this PowerStop kit are constructed from heavy-duty G3000-grade cast iron. Apart from their extreme durability, these rotors are also mill-balanced to make sure they’ll have a perfect fit. Mill balancing also helps reduce braking noises, vibrations, and harshness (NVH). Finally, the zinc dichromate plating offers enhanced corrosion resistance.
Designed With Vents, Slots, and Cross-Drilled Holes. These Evolution series rotors feature vents, cross-drilled holes, and slots in their design. The 2 former elements help keep the ideal operating temperature even through harsh braking conditions. Meanwhile, the circular slots sweep away water, gases, and debris. This keeps the contact surface clean, which results in a stronger bite for the brake pad.
Carbon Fiber-Ceramic Brake Pads. Coupled with the high-quality Evolution series rotors are these ultra-durable Z23 carbon fiber-ceramic brake pads. They feature thermal-scorched surfaces, which shorten the break-in period and ensure consistent performance even when the braking temperatures spike up. These brake pads also wear down more evenly and have powder-coated backing plates that help resist rust and corrosion.
Produces Less Dust and Noise. For quieter braking regardless of how hard you step on the brakes, these Z23 series brake pads have rubberized shims and a chamfered, slotted design. Moreover, these brake pads are designed for a low-dust operation. This results in a cleaner contact patch, and thus an increased grip for the pads. Less dust also means cleaner and better-looking wheels and tires.
Direct-Fit Replacement Parts or Upgrade Kit. You can use this brake rotor and pad kit to directly upgrade stock components or replace worn-out or damaged parts. Complete installation can be accomplished in about 3 hours, and requires jack stands and basic hand tools.
