Heavy Duty Powder Coated Calipers. The brake calipers included in this Z36 kit brake kit are machine-formed from high-grade metal alloy and are pressure tested to ensure leak-free performance. Furthermore, these calipers receive a red electrostatic high heat powder coat finish that won’t flake, chip, or fade for years.
High-Strength One-Piece Cast Iron Rotors. This Z36 brake kit includes one-piece rotors precision cast from high-quality iron, making them extremely strong. These brake rotors are then machined and balanced, ensuring efficient brake pad bite and consistent wear. Finally, the rotors are plated in a rugged silver zinc finish, offering exceptional corrosion protection and outstanding style.
Vented, Cross-Drilled, and Slotted Rotor Design. The brake rotors included in this kit come with internal vents and are cross-drilled for faster brake cooling. Furthermore, machined slots on the rotor face are designed to sweep away brake dust and moisture to maintain maximum pad to rotor contact for reliable braking performance.
Advanced Z36 Carbon-Fiber Ceramic Brake Pads. This Z36 brake rotor, pad and caliper kit also features advanced Z36 carbon-fiber ceramic brake pads. These brake pads are engineered to deliver maximum bite while also providing an excellent pedal feel. Also, these pads’ working surfaces are thermally scorched to reduce break-in times.
Negligible Dust and Noise. Besides offering outstanding stopping power, the pads’ carbon-fiber ceramic compound is also formulated to produce negligible amounts of brake dust. This way, you get to spend less time cleaning your rims. What’s more, the brake pads come with OE style chamfering and slotting as well as stainless steel shims both of which greatly reduce noise.
Direct Install Procedure. This Z36 brake rotor, pad, and caliper kit is designed to replace your F-250’s factory counterparts without the need for extra modifications.
