Eliminate truck sag, sway, and bottoming out with Pacbrake ALPHA XD air bags. Engineered for extreme-duty performance, these air helper springs feature industry-leading construction with inch-thick corrosion-resistant end caps and 20 internal support wires for unmatched strength and durability.
Your truck’s factory suspension is designed as a compromise between comfort and load capacity. When carrying heavy loads, the factory springs can become overwhelmed, resulting in excessive bounce, sagging ride height, and reduced stability.
With the addition of the Pacbrake ALPHA XD 7,500 lb air spring suspension kit, you can evenly distribute weight across your tires, improving stability and helping your suspension handle demanding loads without overworking factory components.
ALPHA XD air springs feature one-piece aluminum end caps and a large 7-inch double convoluted bellow design, providing increased air volume and greater load-leveling capability for heavy-duty applications.
Each kit includes corrosion-resistant roll plates, precision laser-cut powder-coated steel brackets, Grade 5 plated hardware, air line, and all necessary components for a complete bolt-on installation.
