This cold air filter is capable of providing your truck with that extra power and torque needed to take on more aggressive off-road trails. This is accomplished by combining a 4.5-inch wide free-flowing air inlet tube with a high-flow, high-efficiency air filter. These factors come together to give your truck the capacity to get out of tight situations when going off-road.
ECU Re-Tune Recommended. The No Limit Fabrication Raw Stage 1 Cold Air Intake does not need a re-tune of your truck’s ECU. Nevertheless, re-tuning your ECU is recommended as this will enable your engine to be completely in sync with this cold air intake.
Pro 5R Oiled Filter Included. The No Limit Fabrication Raw Stage 1 Cold Air Intake comes with the specialized Pro 5R oiled air filter. This air filter uses 5 layers of successively finer cotton gauze that’s designed to filter-out virtually all engine contaminants without compromising the airflow. Moreover, this air filter is easy to clean and maintain with an appropriate filter restoration kit saving you the trouble of regular filter replacement.
Rugged Build Quality. The No Limit Fabrication Raw Stage 1 Cold Air Intake’s inlet tube is constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, taking advantage of the material’s high strength to weight ratio, and corrosion resistance. This inlet tube is machine-fabricated for a precise fit. Meanwhile, the included elbow coupling is made from tough heat-resistant synthetic material. Finally, this cold air intake’s inlet tube features a raw aluminum finish for a rugged look under the hood.
No-Nonsense Install Procedure. Installing the No Limit Fabrication Raw Stage 1 Cold Air Intake with The Pro 5R Oiled Filter is a relatively no-nonsense procedure as this intake mounts on your truck’s factory air system location. No modifications to your truck are needed and all necessary mounting hardware is included.
Not CARB-Certified. The No Limit Fabrication Raw Stage 1 Cold Air Intake with The Pro 5R Oiled Filter is not CARB-certified at this time making its installation and use illegal in California and other states that have adopted CARB standards. Please check local laws for permitted use of this product.
