      Description

      Superior Charge-Air Cooling. This raw intercooler significantly reduces intake air temperatures by maximizing airflow through its dense fin pack and seamless runner design. Cooler, denser air translates to more consistent power, lower combustion temperatures, and reduced risk of detonation under heavy tow or load conditions.

      Robust, Serviceable Build. Fabricated from cast-aluminum and TIG-welded for leak-free integrity, the intercooler core resists corrosion and heat fatigue. The uncoated finish allows you to apply custom powder coating or polish for corrosion protection and visual appeal.

      Installation. Replace the stock intercooler by mounting in the factory location and reconnecting the charge pipes and hoses per OEM routing.

      Application. The Air-to-Air Intercooler; Raw fits 2003–2007 6.0L Powerstroke F-250 Super Duty models with front-mount intercooler setups.
