Description
Cool Transmission. To ensure your 2014-2018 Silverado 1500 V8 achieves the cool transmission temperatures required for high-quality performances, simply invest in Mishimoto's Performance Transmission Cooler. This impressive cooler dramatically reduces transmission temperatures, keeping your automatic transmission from suffering under excessive heat. Easily extending the life of your transmission, this cooler is 6 inches x 1.25 inches x 27 inches and guarantees worry-free cooling for as long as you require it.
Unique Construction. The performance transmission cooler is made with 14 rows and a stacked plate design for ideal durability and reliability. The cooler also adds an extra 0.65 quarts of transmission fluid and over 3000 square inches of cooling surface for significant temperature decreases. Also included with the cooler are adapter lines to connect with the stock system, a thermal bypass valve delete to allow fluid to flow into the cooler at all times, and bracketry for simple mounting.
Installation. Although some minor drilling is required, most of those with moderate mechanical skills will be able to secure this transmission cooler without a problem. Simply set aside about 2 hours for the installation.
Warranty. This transmission cooler is backed by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Some limitations do apply, so be sure to check out the full warranty for more information.
