Description

Upgrading to the Mishimoto Silver Performance Intercooler Kit with Black Piping ensures that your turbocharger works as effectively as possible. This intercooler drops intake air temperature by 10-degrees Fahrenheit, while boosting air volume and flow. The result is more cold air supplied to your engine, which in turn boosts horsepower and torque.
Maximized Air-Flow Cooling. The Mishimoto Silver Performance Intercooler Kit with Black Piping provides an increased external fin surface area by 163% over stock. Internal core volume is also increased by 77%. Additionally, this system uses aluminum intercooler pipes with a 24% internal volume increase over stock. These factors all contribute to rapid cooling of intake air at a larger volume. Lastly, this intercooler uses silicone couplings with DuraCore technology for superior durability.
Resilient Aluminum Build Quality. The Mishimoto Silver Performance Intercooler Kit with Black Piping is constructed from resilient aluminum to maximize heat transfer. This intercooler is TIG-welded for added strength. The aluminum cold-side intercooler pipes come with CNC-milled IAT sensor housing and a quick disconnect flange, and can be drilled to accept a methanol injection system. Finally, the intercooler features a silver finish that provides a stylish contrast to the black powder-coated aluminum pipes.

This intercooler mounts perfectly in the factory intercooler location, despite its size. This intercooler kit also comes with all necessary mounting hardware for an efficient install procedure.
