      Description

      Boosted Cooling and Efficiency. The Mishimoto Performance Intercooler Kit is designed to enhance cooling capacity, reduce intake temperatures, and improve airflow for your Powerstroke engine. Built for durability and efficiency, this kit helps reduce turbo stress and pressure loss, delivering increased performance and reliability for towing, hauling, or aggressive driving.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed with a durable bar-and-plate core and cast aluminum end tanks, this intercooler is optimized for maximum airflow and strength. It features a mandrel-bent, polished aluminum cold-side pipe and comes finished in either sleek silver or stealth black. DuraCore couplers and constant-tension T-bolt clamps ensure long-lasting resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil exposure.

      Installation. Installation is moderately difficult and requires mechanical experience. The kit is a direct-fit upgrade but involves removal of factory components and careful handling of turbo piping and clamps.

      Warranty. The Mishimoto Performance Intercooler Kit is backed by the Mishimoto lifetime warranty.
