      Description

Huge Gains. Get the most out of your F-150 pickup truck with this K&N Series 63 Aircharger cold air intake. It's designed to maximize your power while making minimal changes to your vehicle. This set removes that restrictive paper filter you're probably using currently, and replaces it for premium cotton that lets more air flow through for improved performance. It's possible to achieve power increases as great as 23 HP and 34 ft.-lb. of torque for huge performance gains.

Forget Tuning. Computer tuning is a cool way to power up your truck and make it more efficient, but it's not necessary with this K&N Series 63 Aircharger cold air intake. In fact, you can just install it and drive the truck like you are used to doing. It will sound different and offer more power, but will drive perfectly fine without tuning. If tuning is desired this kit will work after tuning as well.

Cotton Filtering. K&N relies on top quality cotton fiber filtering with this unit. Many layers of fine cotton are installed throughout the intake filter and coated with oil to capture dirt and other objects as it flows through. This setup lets air pass quickly but captures things as it goes. Not only is this filter efficient and effective, but you can use it throughout the lifetime of your vehicle if you wash it and oil it once and awhile.

Built to Last. K&N relies on top quality components when it builds a cold air intake. This intake kit features polyethylene construction intake tube and heat shield for a corrosion-resistant build that's tough and made to last. The kit also comes with stainless steel clamps that create a secure hold without rusting over time.

Installs in an Hour. Install this set in one hour or less without special requirements. It bolts into place and you are free to enjoy the power increase from there.

Lifetime Coverage. K&N offers a special One Million Mile Limited Warranty on this intake kit. That means you are free to use it for years and you'll still be covered.

Not CARB Certified. This K&N Cold Air Intake is not legal for use in California or other states adopting California emission standards.

Application. This K&N Series 63 Aircharger Cold Air Intake kit is specially designed to fit the 2015-2016 F-150 models equipped with the 3.5L EcoBoost engine. Please select your engine from the options above.

Technical Note. The K&N Cold Air Intake is not designed for vehicles equipped with a Body Lift.

        Love it

Easy installation. Took about 30 minutes. Noticable difference in throttle response. No real difference in gas mpg. I don't hear the turbos. But that might be because I left the intake diffusers in.

I noticed in previous questions it was mentioned that this is designed for the 15-16 models, but the product title states 15-18. Please clarify / confirm. Thanks in advance.

      • This K&N intake is designed to work on all 15 through current 18 F150 models with the 2.7L Ecoboost motor.

How often/many miles should this be cleaned and oiled? Thanks!

      • Filters on K&N intakes can go up to 100,000 miles before needing to be cleaned, depending on your driving conditions. If your K&N air filter is used in dusty or off-road environments, they will require cleaning more often. We recommend that you visually inspect your air filter once every 25,000 miles.

What is the difference between the factory and k n plastic hoses mounted to the air filter box?

      • The K and N cold air intake piping is designed in such a way to provide an increase in torque and horsepower by the way it direct air into the turbocharger's, allowing for easier and faster spool up times.

      will this void my warranty?

      • This should not void the factory warranty as it doesn't require a tune. However, we recommend checking with your dealership to confirm.
