Performance CAI for Better Power and Sound. Sized and tuned for the 5.0L Coyote engine found in 2011-2014 F-150s, the K&N Series 57 FIPK Cold Air Intake is an American-made and 50-state legal CAI that gives you real gains in power and performance across the whole RPM band. Maximum gains are approximately +12 horsepower and +12.75 ft-lbs of torque, demonstrated by rigorous dyno testing at the K&N facility. The air filter also makes the engine sound tougher and stronger, with a louder induction note, and is made to be a handsome addition to the underhood “landscape” of your truck engine.

No Additional Tune Needed. You can just pop the K&N Series 57 FIPK Cold Air Intake into your F-150’s engine and go – the stock tune enables use of the CAI at its full potential. No aftermarket tune is needed on the ECU, though the part will continue to run if you apply towing, performance, or fuel economy tunes for other purposes.

High Flow Oiled, Washable Filter. Large and conical, the air filter of the K&N Series 57 FIPK Cold Air Intake is made to complement the high-flowing intake tube and suck in lots of cold air compared to the choking factory filter. Stiffened by two layers of aluminum with epoxy coating, the filter is made up of layers of red cotton gauze. It is an oiled filter and needs no washing (generally) for 100,000 miles. Thereafter, it can be washed and reused over and over again.

Precision Polyethylene Construction. Polyethylene is used throughout the construction of the K&N Series 57 FIPK Cold Air Intake, though the clamps are stainless steel for added, rust-proof strength. Injection molded polyethylene comprises the heat shield/air box, surrounding the cotton gauze filter. The intake tube, with its sweeping bends that speed dense cool air into the engine interior, is made from cross-linked high-density polyethylene that’s shaped with a very precise roto-molding process.

MAF Housing for Factory MAF. The MAF housing of the K&N Series 57 FIPK Cold Air Intake is designed to accommodate the OEM 85mm MAF, so that additional tuning isn’t needed to run this intake in your machine.

Installs with Simple Hand Tools. Wielding nothing except a ratchet set, screwdriver, and a handful of wrenches, you can get the K&N Series 57 FIPK Cold Air Intake seated in your pickup’s engine in less than 1 ½ hours. The CAI comes with its own set of hardware but uses the existing bolt-on points for a seamless, drill-free install.

1 Million Mile Warranty. The K&N Series 57 FIPK Cold Air Intake is shielded by a full million mile limited manufacturer’s warranty.

CARB Certified for 50 State Use. K&N’s Series 57 FIPK Cold Air Intake is CARB certified and exempt, ready for installation and use on F-150s across all 50 American states, California included. It has the CARB EO Number of D-269-48, meaning it can be used off-road, on streets, roads, and highways throughout the USA. The CAI should be set up in such a way that the CARB compliance sticker is clearly to be seen by any inspecting official.

Application. The K&N Series 57 FIPK Cold Air Intake is specifically designed to fit the 2011 to 2014 F-150s equipped with the 5.0L engine.

Technical Note. The K&N Cold Air Intake is not designed for vehicles equipped with a Body Lift.

        K N Series 57 Cold Air Intake

This CAI was well manufactured and easy to install, probably 45 minutes all together. I installed this intake along with a Flowmaster outlaw exhaust system and couldn’t be happier.

Very happy with the purchase. I noticed an instant change in throttle response and overall power. I have a single 40 series flowmaster with 3in piping from the cats back and the sound is even more aggressive now and I'm loving it. Definitely worth the money.

        Great Product but....

This cold air intake is great after I installed it, the noise and feel of my truck was significantly changed. Its great. I am also about to put a muffler on so it will make that sound even better. My one complaint was we had to mess around with the pvc pipe. I had to cut it and get a non collapsable tube that went around so I could move it into the intake. There was no way for it to bend because it is hard plastic. I went to YouTube to look at a video of how to install and it look about 45 mins. The tube is made to look like metal but it is glossy plastic. I don't really care though because it sounds great, feels great, and looks really cool on the inside of the hood.

        Nice upgrade

Well it took a little more than an hour, but still easy to install my already sounded good having the dual exhaust but you could tell the difference with this KandN 57 series, one thing though when you give it a hard throttle the hesitation is very noticeable... But overall nice upgrade

        Awesome intake!

Installation was a breeze, much improved sound when I accelerate...feels like throttle response is better and pulls harder at higher RPMs. Always loved KandN products!

Really easy to install. Not seeing any improvement in gas mileage but sounds good under the hood.

The metal nuts mounted in the plastic tube is very poor quality and design. Expected a better built product.
