No Tuning Required. This K&N Series 77 High Flow Performance Cold Air Intake doesn’t require any custom tuning. But it won’t hurt if you have it custom-tuned to enhance its performance.
High-Flow Air Filter. This K&N Series 77 High Flow Performance Cold Air Intake features a high-flow air filter for an outstanding filtration performance. The air filter utilizes a pre-oiled, red-pleated cotton gauze media to easily trap dirt and other particles. Moreover, it is a type of air filter that can be washed and used for several times. Depending on your driving conditions, it can last up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is required.
High-Quality Construction. To withstand your underhood’s extreme conditions, this cold air intake comes with an aluminum intake tube. Its aluminum construction allows it to handle impacts and elevated temperatures. The intake tube also comes in a wrinkle black finish to protect it from rust and corrosion. Moreover, this cold air intake is built with a heat shield to keep the radiant heat at bay.
Straightforward Installation. This cold air intake is designed to be a direct-fit replacement for your factory cold air intake. You can install it just by using a few basic hand tools. However, some trimming may be required to ensure proper fitment.
