Enhanced Airflow for High Engine Boost. Upgrade your Super Duty’s overall performance and all-terrain driveability by installing the Series 63 AirCharger Cold Air Intake from K&N. This intake kit is well-engineered to deliver more oxygen for a more efficient power-generating combustion. K&N power testing shows that this air intake system provides an estimated increase of 11.92 horsepower and 22.44 pound-feet of torque gains to the wheels at 2700 RPM. This intake system comes with a performance air filter, durable polyethylene intake tube, a high-strength heat shield, and premium installation components.
Recalibration Not Required. K&N designed this Series 63 AirCharger Cold Air Intake to operate using the factory tune without reprogramming the Super Duty’s computer. AmericanTrucks, however, still recommends a custom tune to reprogram your ECU to experience the best possible performance from this upgrade.
High-Quality Air Filter. This Series 63 AirCharger Intake Kit comes with a multi-layer air filter. The progressively finer cotton gauze exhibits premium filtration capacity, and the evenly-spaced pleats offer superior dust holding capacity. This filter, which is relatively larger than the other aftermarket air filters allows maximum airflow for enhanced air dynamics.
Efficient Design and Durable Construction. K&N engineered this Series 63 AirCharger to withstand high heat stress and various mechanical impacts with its durable construction. It delivers the most efficient airflow with its free-flowing, black polyethylene intake tube. This aerodynamically-designed tubing drives a massive amount of air into your engine, which translates into power. A premium heat shield also isolates the filter from the high engine temperature for a more efficient power-generation operation. K&N also included high-quality installation hardware, seals, and hoses to ensure a stable, leak-free mounting and air flow.
Direct-Fit Installation. This Series 63 AirCharger Cold Air Intake replaces the entire factory intake system and features a precise fit with secure attachment points. The bolt-on installation process completes with light to moderate mechanical skills.
Limited Warranty. A limited 10-Year or a Million-Mile warranty, whichever comes first, covering defects in materials and workmanship is offered by K&N for this intake system. Some exclusions and limitations apply; please check the terms and conditions for full details.
Not CARB Certified. This Series 63 AirCharger Cold Air Intake is not CARB-certified as of this time. It is not legal for use in California or other states adopting California emission standards.
