Boost Your Air Charge. Deploying a big computer-designed filter to suck in plenty of air while ensuring that it's thoroughly cleaned and pure, the JLT Cold Air Intake adds superior inflow of cool, oxygenated air to your 2011-2014 5.0L F-150's engine. Keeping the factory air box's lower half, the JLT CAI mounts a heavy-duty heat shield above this to isolate the intake filter from engine heat, plus make extra room for the enhanced filter element and tube. The large filter element can be cleaned, oiled, and reused multiple times, extending its lifespan to that of the intake itself in most cases.
110mm MAF Housing. This Cold Air Intake features a unique design that was fully computer designed to provide the best fit and finish possible. It incorporates a massive 110mm MAF housing into the textured black plastic tube, that gives it a clean factory appearance (MAF Sensor is not included).
Designed to Enhance Power. With a massive 4.5-inch by 6-inch S&B Powerstack air filter, the JLT Cold Air Intake also includes a plastic intake tube and heat shield. On the throttle body side, the intake tube is 4" in diameter so that it can match up to aftermarket throttle bodies of bigger than stock dimensions.
Simple Installation. JLT designed this Cold Air Intake to be installed easily with the use of basic hand tools. No extra modifications or special tools are required for installation. All of the necessary parts and instructions are included.
Required Upgrade. Installation of this Cold Air Intake will require the use of a custom tune with an F-150 Handheld Tuner. It would reprogram the vehicles computer (ECU) to get the best performance possible out of the intake.
Application. This JLT Cold Air Intake is designed to fit 2011-2014 Ford F-150 pickup trucks that have a 5.0L engine.
Technical Note. This JLT Cold Air Intake is not legal for use in California or other states adopting California emission standards.
