      Description

      Performance-Built Exhaust Upgrade. The JBA 1-5/8-Inch Shorty Headers are engineered to improve exhaust flow and increase power in your 6.8L F-250 Super Duty. Designed as a direct replacement for factory manifolds, these headers provide measurable performance gains and improved throttle response while maintaining emission compliance with CARB EO Number D-57-33.

      Construction and Appearance. Built from stainless steel tubing for strength and durability, these shorty headers feature oversized exhaust ports to reduce restriction and maximize flow. The raw metal finish is paired with matte black gaskets for a race-inspired look. Each set includes 3/8-inch thick machined flanges for a tight, leak-free seal, and JBA's signature Firecone collector for enhanced scavenging and power delivery.

      Installation. Installation is moderately difficult and may require professional assistance. The direct-fit design simplifies the process, and all necessary installation hardware is included.

      Warranty. These headers are backed by a limited lifetime warranty, ensuring long-term performance and protection.
