Construction and Appearance. This upgrade includes a reconditioned OEM Sync 3 APIM module and a universal GPS magnetic antenna with a Blue FAKRA connector. All components are built to original manufacturer specifications, ensuring seamless compatibility and a professional appearance consistent with factory-installed electronics.
Installation. Rated 2 out of 5 for difficulty, installation requires only removing and replacing the existing APIM module secured with three screws behind the factory touchscreen. No drilling or additional hardware beyond the included components is necessary, making it suitable for DIY installation with basic automotive knowledge.
