Rear Suspension Lift. The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Rear Leaf Spring Expansion Pack is designed to increase rear suspension height and improve ride quality for Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks from 2008 through 2026 (single rear wheel models). When installed with OE rear blocks, this system provides 2 inches of rear lift by supplementing the existing leaf springs without removing the factory main leaf, providing enhanced vehicle stability and performance while maintaining cost efficiency.

Construction and Appearance. This expansion pack integrates additional leaf springs engineered to optimize suspension dynamics and reduce axle wrap. The components are finished for durability to withstand driving conditions while maintaining a professional appearance consistent with OEM standards.

Installation. Installation retains the factory main leaf spring, allowing for simpler installation than a full leaf pack replacement. The process requires standard tools and is suited for professional installers; note that drilling is not confirmed as unnecessary in all cases.

Warranty. This product includes a warranty that covers defects and material failures as specified by the manufacturer.

Application. Engineered for 2008-2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty single rear wheel models. For 2023 4WD 6.8L and 7.3L F-250 Super Duty configurations, recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems is required after installation. Associated part numbers 67003 and 611081 are also required for optimal integration. Use of 6 mm offset aftermarket wheels is recommended when installing this expansion pack.
