Description
Durable Suspension Hardware Upgrade. The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Multi-Rate Leaf Spring Hardware Kit provides corrosion-resistant U-bolts, nuts, washers, and bump stop plates for use with multi-rate leaf springs. This kit helps protect critical suspension components by limiting rear compression travel and reducing the risk of damage during full bottom out.
Construction and Appearance. The hardware kit includes E-coated steel U-bolts, nuts, and washers designed to resist corrosion and extend product life. It also features black anodized billet aluminum bump stop plates that deliver strength and a clean, professional appearance to rear suspension components.
Installation. Installation is intended to be straightforward for users familiar with suspension hardware upgrades. The kit is designed to work with the existing leaf spring mounts and multi-rate leaf springs for an optimal fit without requiring drilling or modifications.
Application. This kit is specifically designed to fit 2019 through 2023 Ford Ranger models. It is compatible with ICON multi-rate leaf springs (part number 198520A) as well as original equipment and other aftermarket leaf springs.
