Description
Fuel Pickup Solution. The Holley Fuel Tank Pickup; HYDRAMAT (11X11 SQUARE) - CENTER OUT - 1 is designed to resolve fuel starvation issues commonly experienced during aggressive driving such as hard cornering, acceleration, braking, inclines, and low fuel levels. It ensures consistent fuel delivery by using innovative surface tension and fluid wicking technology to maintain fuel availability even when fuel sloshes or the level is low. This product is essential for both stock fuel tanks and racing fuel cells to prevent engine stalling and maintain optimal performance.
Construction and Appearance. The HydraMat is constructed with a beige-colored advanced wicking media that features tiny pores to selectively seal off uncovered areas while retaining fuel in its internal reservoir. This unique design allows it to be flexible and foldable for easy installation through different fuel cell openings. The material is compatible with a variety of fuels including alcohol blends and provides an integrated 15-micron filtration function.
Installation. Installing the HydraMat is straightforward and typically does not require drilling or modification of the fuel tank. Its foldable design allows it to be inserted easily through existing openings, simplifying the installation process for both professionals and enthusiasts.
