Description
Superior Stopping Power. When it comes time to replace your F-150's worn-out stock brake pads don't settle for OE replacements, upgrade for superior stopping power. Offering 20-40% better braking than stock, these Hawk High Performance Street Brake Pads are an inexpensive alternative to a complete brake upgrade kit. HPS Brake Pads are an ideal replacement upgrade designed to handle the extreme demands of driving a 4,000-5,000 lb truck on a daily basis.
Ferro-Carbon Compound. Hawk Performance HPS Brake Pads are manufactured from a high-tech Ferro-Carbon formula. This unique Ferro-Carbon compound features a very high coefficient of friction, which prevents brake fade to improve stopping power. As a final step in the manufacturing process, Hawk Performance burnishes all their brake pads, but it should be noted that these pads will still need to be bedded-in with the rotors (new or used) that they will be used with.
Low Dust and Minimal Noise. Hawk HPS Brake Pads feature an OE slotted design and a unique Ferro-Carbon compound that produces much less dust than your F-150's original stock pads. These HPS Brake Pads not only produce less dust, but they are virtually noise-free when compared to other aftermarket pads.
Direct Fit Replacement Upgrade. Hawk Performance designed their HPS Front Brake Pads to be a direct fit replacement upgrade for your F-150's stock pads. Installation can normally be completed in under two hours with just basic hand tools using the existing calipers and hardware.
Limited Lifetime Warranty. Hawk Performance warrants their products to be free of defects from workmanship and materials. This warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage caused by negligence, lack of maintenance, accident, abnormal operations, or improper installation or service.
